What is PRP?

PRP (platelet-rich plasma) is a concentrated portion of your own blood containing up to 5 × more platelets than normal circulation. These platelets are packed with growth factors—natural proteins that orchestrate tissue repair, collagen production and new blood-vessel formation.

How We Create PRP at Luxe Skin Lab

1. Small Blood Draw – 10–20 ml from your arm.

2. Centrifugation – A medical centrifuge spins the sample, separating platelet-rich plasma from red and white cells.

3. Activation – The golden plasma is prepared for immediate injection, microneedling or scalp delivery, depending on your treatment plan.

What Is PRP + Microneedling?

PRP + Microneedling is a two-step, in-clinic treatment that combines medical microneedling (also known as collagen-induction therapy) with your own platelet-rich plasma (PRP).
